Sharing this special cocktail that I crafted in celebration of Juneteenth, the Negro Spiritual. It’s simply refreshing and divine.
I’m proud of myself for this one! I’ve definitely leveled up my bartending skills since quarantine started!
-2 oz Uncle Nearest Whiskey
-1 oz lemon juice
-1 oz earl grey tea
-1 oz rose simple syrup
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake for 15 secs.
Serve in a chilled coupe glass, garish with lemon peel.
