With the election results in, I finally feel like I can breathe again. The anxiety leading up to the final results was stressful and I couldn’t focus on shit. The next 2 months aren’t going to be easy but I do feel hopeful for the future.
This past weekend, I forced myself to get out of this rut and do something creative. I put this look together and snap a few pics with my dog daughter, Cali.

This season, I’m loving all plaid everything! H&M has been killing the shacket game. Although, the one that I’m wearing in the above photo is sold out, H&M released the same style in a different color and pattern. I’m loving the grunge feel of this oversized shacket.
I’m not going to lie, I really like skims. I reluctantly made a few purchases based on a recomendation from a friend. I got a few items expecting to return most of it BUT I kept it all and bought some mo’. The overall fit is pretty good, the bras fit me perfectly and are super comfy. I’m really loving this Mesh triangle bralette.
These asymmetrical wrap effect trousers from Source Unknown are my favorite. I love classic pieces with an edgy twist. The only thing that I don’t like about Source Unknown, is that they don’t carry a huge range of sizes. The largest size in this pant is a medium 😒, I’m a size 8 and I literally just made the cut to fit into these. If I gain 5 lbs, it’s a wrap 😩😂.
At first, I wasn’t sure about the Dr. Martens Jadon max studded flatform boots. I love chunky boots but the platform on these were 1/2″ higher than I wanted. I was hoping the flatform would be the same as the regular chunky Jadon boots. Once I put them on my feet, I fell in love and got into my grudgy/gothy feels. 😂
