Black owned hair care

Sephora Haul

There is a special place in my heart for Sephora, not only do they carry black owned hair care lines but every package I receive feels like Christmas! They do a great job of constantly sending out promo codes, offering free samples and of course their reward bazaar is amazing!

The main goal of this purchase was to re-up on my Adwoa hair care products, FYI Adwoa is a black owned hair care line! Their Baomint shampoo is gentle, moisturizing and cleansing your hair without stripping it. The Baomint deep conditioning treatment penetrates the hair shaft to help quench dry and texture hair. Both products are great and work well in my hair.

I also wanted to try out another black owned hair care line called Bread, which was started by a young woman named Maeva Helene. Bread caters to woman with type 3a-4c hair and aims to make wash day as easy as possible. I ordered the Wash-Day Essentials Kit for Curly & Textured Hair which comes with an 8.4 oz Hair Wash Gentle Milky Hair Cleanser, 12 oz Hair Mask Creamy Deep Conditioner, 3.3 oz Hair Oil Everyday Gloss and Bread-Puff scrunchie. I can’t wait to try these products out.

The Lord Jones x Tamara Mellon High CBD Formula Stiletto Cream has also been on my watch list for a minute. I love rocking my heels but the pain is just unnecessary. I’m desperate to try anything that will help alleviate the pain from long term wear. I’ll definitely report back with my findings.
